The Ajmeri Kalakand is famous dish in Hyderabad (Telangana). The Kalakand is made in Indian subcontinent during festivals (Holi, Diwali, Sankrathi, Rakhi, Navaratri and Eid) and celebrations (Wedding, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Rakhi etc). 2. BESAN LADDU
The Besan Laddu is also known as Bandar Laddu.it is produced in Machillipatnam of Krishna district which is in Andhra Pradesh. Besan Laddu are round sweet balls made by roasting gram flour and ghee together and then adding sugar to make a thick paste dough that is then formed into delicious melt in your mouth. Besan is gram flour which is nothing but flour made from split &husky black chickpeas or chana dal. Gram flour is different from chickpeas flour that is made with dried white chickpeas both have a different texture and flavor. 5. MILK MYSOREPAK
The Milk Mysorepak is an Indian sweet. It is originated in Mysore of major cities in Indian state of Karnataka. It is prepared by generous amount of ghee, sugar, gram flour & often cardamom. The texture of sweetie’s buttery and dense cookie.it is prepared for festivals, weddings, and baby shower in southern India. Mysorepak is cut into cubes and cuboides.it is hard and pours when made with less ghee soft and dense when we made with generous amount of ghee moisture of sugar syrup escapes as steam through the greased gram flour rendering Mysorepak porous and it is yellow to light brown in colour due to roasted gram flour.
